FUNKARNU SL ("we", "us", "our") operates the website querylight.app and develops the QueryLight application. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically collects limited technical data when you visit the website, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This data is used solely for security, abuse prevention, and maintaining the service.
When you purchase a license, payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the data necessary to complete the transaction (name, email, payment details, billing address). We receive your email address and license key from Paddle. The QueryLight application does not collect or transmit any personal data during normal use. It does not transmit any information about your databases, queries, or files. All your data stays on your machine.
QueryLight sends anonymous usage signals (such as which features are opened) to TelemetryDeck GmbH, a privacy-focused analytics provider based in Germany. This helps us understand which features are used and prioritize development.

Cloudflare, Inc. is a US-based company certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Feedback data and screenshots are stored in Cloudflare's Western Europe (WEUR) region. Server logs may be processed in Cloudflare's global network. These transfers are protected by Cloudflare's Data Privacy Framework certification and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
TelemetryDeck GmbH is based in Germany. Analytics data is processed and stored within the EU.
Feedback data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Screenshots are stored in Cloudflare R2. Both are hosted in the Western Europe region. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
